Peek-A-Boo Mack

I've seen this happen quite a few times and just had to get it on camera, I really need to get it on video camera...it's just hilarious! Molly wakes up and just talk, talk, talks.(Johnny would say she gets it from me!)But I'm sure it's because Turner's not around, at the moment, to talk over her and she likes to hear her own voice too!
Well, Mack runs into her room to see what she's jabbering about and they play peek-a-boo together! He will look for her and lick her nose or her fingers and she just yanks down the bumper pad and plays with him over and over! It's so funny and so sweet! He truly is the best dog ever! He puts up with so much and goes right back and licks the kids and begs for more! What a trooper!
I'm sure she'll hate these photos come high school graduation/wedding/etc, but hey, what are moms for, right?

Molly says "bye-bye" 7 months old

Molly's been talking up a storm. I really wasn't expecting her to talk much since Turner does sooooo much talking; but boy were we wrong. SHe's already said/saying "uh-oh", "momma"-usually when she's mad; "bye-bye", and "Hi"-says this to her daddy as soon as he walks in the door! So I've got video of a few of the others words since I heard some "Texans" didn't believe me and mom about her talking so much!!!!I got proof!!!

Lions,Tigers, Bears, Oh My!

Turner loved the Turtles, I mean really of all things to LOVE at the zoo-he was dying to get one, next to all the signs that say "DO NOT TOUCH" I'm sure they were snapping turtles, or some really good reason to really not touch them-I didn't let him, looks like he did though.
Loved the butterfly exhibit but we really didn't see that many this time. Guess they were all hiding?
Turner wouldn't get anywhere close to the camel this time without his daddy there. Too funny.

Do the Zoo! We did!

We got season's passes to the Knoxville Zoo this year and for perfect weekends like this when daddy's working and mommy can not stay trapped up in this house-which is chaos any longer! There's only so many boxes you can pack and stand on top of each other until it becomes a fire hazard or safety hazard!
So we went to the zoo! Beautiful weather this weekend!!!Hard not to get excited about football season with this weather!
As you can see towards the end of the zoo we were all tired and Turner wanted to ride with Molly in her stroller. I was thinking no way, and sure enough he made it work. Molly thought it was hilarious-for a little bit-then she said get outta my space! I guess I need to find a friend who's done with their sit n stand stroller and check out consignment shops bc this dual riding has happened a lot recently, i.e. Dollywood!

Hide and go freak out!

So Molly has a little playmat on her floor that she loves rolling around and playing in. Until recently.....Now she rolls and crawls all over the place! I went into her room and seriously couldn't see her until I walked all the way in, she was underneath her changing table-obviously not hurt or scared, just having a ball! She thought she was hilarious!

Fishing, Fun, and Fussiness on the Fourth

Johnny's parents were camping in Crossville for the Fourth weekend so we went to visit and Turner had a blast. He caught two fish-one really big one-and was so excited but not interested in holding them at all! It was pretty funny! We went to Cumberland State Park and came back to eat burgers, dogs and Smores!
Molly has her 2nd ear infection and is having a much harder time with this one than the first-go figure? She's having bad tummy problems with the antibiotic and not sleeping well at all. We're kinda wondering if she ever really got over the first infection? I'm thinking tubes might be in our future just as they were for Turner. We had a very relaxing weekend-except for the fussiness and dealing with lack of sleep. We got Molly smiling in one picture and the rest were of us trying to get her to go to sleep. She's so stinkin' busy all the time! She doesn't want you to hold her, she wants to get down and try and chase after Turner or Mack! She's already flipped out of two bouncy chairs and bumbo seat-strapped in every time! She's like Houdini!
Turner keeps a very close eye on her and is a wonderful big brother! Can't say that it isn't suprising to me-how good he is with her! I'm sure the fighting and arguing will come sooner than I expect too!
Packing is going very slow! Especially with a sick lil' one. We are very excited to move next to Johnny's parents and have a wonderful backyard and much needed space! playroom, computer room, 3rd bathroom, finished basement with storage, dining room...I'm so excited! We will be putting on ours the market very soon, so if you know anyone looking in Lenoir City, we have the most wonderful neighbors in the world-well, except for my soon-to-be neighbors-my in-laws!! We will be very sad to leave our neighborhood and Turner's little buddy-Caden, but excited about becoming a Yellowjacket!
Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th weekend! While driving home from Crossville we got to see the Kingston Fireworks AND the Lenoir City Fireworks-double treat! Too bad Turner and Molly slept the entire way home!

Molly's 6 months old!

I know everyone says how fast time flies....so here's your proof!!! She's such a fun, good little baby! She sleeps like an angel. I had to wake her up this morning at 8:45am to take Turner to preschool. She's doing much better eating and I think will probably have no problems at our next check up. I'll let you know of course! Last time we weighed it was 14lbs 14oz which is still underweight but she may just be our lil petite one! She loves her daddy and her brother! She grins and giggles every time they walk in the room.
I'm already dreading having 2 birthdays 2 days apart the week before Christmas! What were we thinking?
We had a great time visiting Go Go and Grandad and the family in Louisiana and the kids (and the dog) were fabulous on the 11 hour drive down there. (not that I'm ready to jump in the car and do it again tomorrow, but they were good). I've got many pictures to post from that coming soon!
