Happy Father's Day!!!
Although my dad, Johnny, and my father in law are all out of town, we are sooo very thankful and blessed to have all these men in our lives! Johnny, his dad and Turner are in Bristol for the hot rod races and are having a blast. I still haven't managed to get my parents to move back up here to Tennessee although I know they both would LOVE to be here! I'm still working on that though! So to all those daddy's and men who are very important in the lives of all children everywhere-THANK YOU! We love you all very very much!!!

Not broken..and not surprised....
Gosh, where to begin??? We are really enjoying our outside time with these warm days and it's not even summer yet. We've already played in the baby pool, sprinkler ball, fishing in the ponds, played at the parks, and planted lots and lots of flowers. Hard to believe this is my punkin's last summer before starting school!!! We registered him for Kindergarten last week and boy is he excited! He ask at least three times a week if "tomorrow is when he goes to kindergarten?" It's gonna be the longest and shortest summer ever!
So I was getting ready to do laundry the other day and Molly got quiet. That's never good for her! So we ran looking and guess who I found in the dryer!!! Yep, lil Houdini! It was hilarious! I ran to get my camera and glad I did! I see future boyfriend embarassment material!
Not only did lil Houdini end up in the dryer but just last night ended herself in the Children's Hospital E.R. The first of many times I'm sure! She was with me in her room cleaning-well, I was cleaning, her not so much; then 10 seconds later I heard a huge bang and followed by wails-and the not so good wails that give you that sick feeling in your stomach! She was lying on the floor with the high top bar chair on top of her screaming. I have seen her climb up these before but never did it look like it was going to fall. So Turner and I got her calmed down-Johnny was on night shift-and I tried to get her to walk to Turner...noped fell down immediately after trying to put pressure on her leg. She grabbed it and I thought, great! So called a friend to ask advice-Thanks Brandi!-luckily she was in the area and came and gave me her "mom of two rough boys" expertise-and agreed that she should go to have x-rays because she was limping so bad and holding her leg up. Even more lucky for me-she offered to take Turner while I ran Molly to the ER for a quick x-ray! hahaha-yeah right, nearly 4 hours later after a very horrible ER trip-not broken, just sprained ankle and soft tissue bruise. The ER visit is a whole 'nother post in itself. SOOOO very dissapointed in Children's Hospital last night. We've been there a handful of times before and this time was just awful, not clean, not helpful, not quick, not happy!
Anyways, enjoy the pics and sorry I'm so bad at blogging-you see what I've been up to! oh yeah and toot my own horn! I threw in a picture that Turner took of me and Molly! First picture of myself that I've actually noticed my weight loss! Down 20 lbs but boy do I still have more to go! Not easy at all but at least I know that I'm in control and I can do it!

Houdini Strikes Again!
Yep, so the first time I was sitting in the kitchen at the bar and had just put Molly down for nap and then I hear in the monitor "uh-oh". I just figured she had thrown her paci out of her crib. Then I heard her knocking on her door and trying to turn the handle! I freaked! Sure enough today she climbed out of her crib twice and fell one time really hard. I propped her door open and decided I'd watch her this time and ran to grab my camera. I only got 1 good picture before I was scared she was going to fall again, she had both legs propped up on the ledge and had pulled herself up with her arms. She's just insane! She's way too young for a toddler bed-She's very very smart too, she understands commands and is so quick to help you with anything but is also very stubborn! She would never lay down in her bed if she didn't want to.
Her ears seem to be doing great but her speech is still behind. We have a check up in a few weeks and I'm sure they will assess that too. I told someone the other day that it's a darn good thing she's cute because she gets into so much! She's trying really hard to hang onto the dining room chandelier! She climbs up onto the table and just sits there and waits to get in trouble! Now she's been standing up on it and trying to reach the chandelier! I've been spanking her but, again she's a 16 months so obviously the spankings are really setting in yet! Doesn't mean I wont stop trying!

Go Red Sox!!!
Baseball has begun! I mean really what more is there to say? We're at the ball field at least 2x a week and schedules for Molly are all thrown off, the weather is phenomenal, and everything is wonderful!!! Molly is of course a nightmare at the ball games! She picks up rocks, sticks, dirt, grass, trash, ants, ANYTHING and goes and hands it to total strangers and thinks they are going to say "Thank you"!! They all just laugh and some even say 'wow, I don't know who you do it all day'! Sometimes I don't either! To say she is a 'handful' is an understatement! She climbs the bleachers, the fence and every once and a while will yell and cheer for Turner! She sees him being the catcher and will yell "HI" to Turner and wave! Very cute! I'm sure we'll have a hundred more post for the bestest team ever-GO RED SOX!!

Prayers Needed
Alrighty, tomorrow is the "big day". Hopefully the day that Molly is not sick again for a long, long time-ok, wishful thinking, a mother can dream huh? Molly's surgery is first thing in the morning-although not as early as her last surgery! So be thinking of us tomorrow and send a quick shout out prayer for her! I'm sure it'll go fine and she'll be ready to play and eat and climb on everything in the house and Johnny and I will want a nap! Thanks again for the prayers!

Little Houdini
So while cooking dinner-I put Molly in her high chair for a "snack". Well, I turn around and she's done this..... I mean really??? How is that even possible? You can even see Mack in one of the pictures up on her high chair looking for her legs!!! She's a nut! Johnny and I are convinced now she does crazy things just for "fun" or to see if she can get in trouble! She's super fast too, I'm sure because she's been walking so long!
We also went and did her blood work today, which was so pitiful but even worse because I had to bring TUrner with me and he was so upset to see Molly crying and getting "shots". I guess I should back up for those who aren't on facebook. Molly had yet another ear infection and so I begged and pleaded with her pediatrician for more answers, she's sick all the time. So when talking about our family medical history, which my mom told me I was sick so much as a toddler that she had to take me out of daycare. Apparently some of this stuff can be hereditary, which I knew ear problems were, but he wanted us to take her to do Immune Deficiency bloodwork. I happily agreed, we just want answers on why she's sick all the time. She's still having her 2nd surgery on this coming Monday-adnoid removal and another set of tubes in her ears. I really hope this works and hopefully we will have answers about her Immune System bloodwork maybe even as soon as tomorrow! She's such a fun, spunky, little fireball with sooo much love when she's healthy and well. I just want people to see that side of her all the time!!!
